Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Alexandra Davis and her mother, Cynthia Davis, seeking to recoup $1.6 million in legal fees from the paternity case filed against him, per Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk.

Jones alleges that Alexandra Davis breached a 1998 agreement—which provided her financial support during her childhood—when she sought a legal paternity test. Jones has been required by the court in the paternity case to undergo a DNA test, though he is appealing.

Davis' lawyers have said that she never had any intention of going public with the situation.
