Dak Prescott's contract situation is finally resolved and Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is relieved.
Prescott signed a four-year, $240 million deal with $231 million guaranteed with the Cowboys prior to the team's Week 1 matchup against the Cleveland Browns. The deal will pay Prescott an averaged of $60 million per year, which is the highest in NFL history.
Jones said the three-time Pro Bowler earned this figure and that he has high hopes for how he can produce.
"The bottom line is that it's well deserved.
