Connor Williams, Seahawks Agree to Contract Worth Up to $6M; Updated 2024 Salary Cap

The Seattle Seahawks have agreed to a one-year contract worth up to $6 million with free agent offensive lineman Connor Williams, per ESPN's Adam Schefter, who provided more information.

Williams has played six NFL seasons. His first four were with the Dallas Cowboys, who selected the ex-Texas star with a second-round draft pick in 2018. Williams served as the team's left guard.

His last two were with the Miami Dolphins, where he was the team's center. A torn ACL suffered against the Tennessee Titans on Dec. 11, 2023 cut his season short. He ended the year as Pro Football Focus' No.
