Commanders' Jayden Daniels: I'm Not a 'Star Quarterback' Yet, I'm a Rookie

Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels enters the NFL with a tremendous amount of hype after winning the Heisman Trophy last year and getting selected with the No. 2 overall pick, but he's staying grounded despite an impressive offseason thus far.

Daniels has received positive remarks thus far, perhaps most notably from star wide receiver Terry McLaurin.

"He's humble, but he's confident in his ability," McLaurin said per the Commanders' website. "He's played at the highest level. He's played against really good competition, and he knows that he can make all the throws.
