Indianapolis Colts second-year quarterback Anthony Richardson's 60-yard touchdown pass to Alec Pierce was the biggest highlight of Week 1, and his head coach was among those who were left in awe.
Per ESPN's Stephen Holder, Colts head coach Shane Steichen said Richardson's throw against the Houston Texans surpassed Kansas City Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes as the greatest he's witnessed in person.
"That was probably the best throw I've ever seen," Steichen said. "Closest one was probably [Patrick] Mahomes when I was [with] the Chargers in 2020, to Tyreek Hill. But it was impressive.
