The Chiefs made a handful of roster changes Tuesday, announcing the signing of four players and the waiving three others.
Three undrafted rookies were added: Sam Houston tailback Keshawn Hill, Colorado center Daniel Munyer and South Alabama offensive guard Melvin Meegs. Hill (5-9, 211) rushed for 1,150 yards and 18 touchdowns on 195 carries in 2014 for the Bearkats. He also caught 32 passes for 291 yards and three touchdowns.
The Chiefs also signed second-year offensive tackle Kevin Palmer, who played collegiately at Baylor.
The three rookies waived by Kansas City were Pittsburgh fullback Manasseh Garner, Villanova tailback Earnest Pettway, Tennessee-Martin offensive lineman Charles Sweeton.
