Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes says he is "able to move around" after aggravating an ankle injury during Monday night's Week 9 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The 8-0 Chiefs are preparing to face the 5-4 Denver Broncos on Sunday.

"When you have a little bit of a roll, it's a little bit sore,'' Mahomes said, per ESPN's Adam Teicher. "But I'm able to move around and look forward to getting out to practice and seeing how I can push it as the week goes on.''

Kansas City head coach Andy Reid said Wednesday that Mahomes will not be limited in practice this week, per Teicher.
