NFL teams aren't known for making big moves in June, but the 2017 Chiefs continue to make headlines. A few weeks after releasing No. 1 wide receiver Jeremy Maclin, the Chiefs announced a five-year extension for head coach Andy Reid. That move makes plenty of sense given that Reid is one of the league's best coaches, and he has led the Chiefs to four winning records and three postseason appearances since taking the job in 2013.
The surprising part was that Kansas City also has parted ways with general manager John Dorsey, who had been there with Reid since 2013.
