The first meeting between the Chargers and San Diego on a potential new stadium for the team happened on Tuesday, according to David Garrick and Roger Showley of U-T San Diego. It lasted more than an hour, with no details released.
“Today we and our negotiating team met with Chargers Chairman Dean Spanos and his adviser Mark Fabiani for more than an hour,” the office of Mayor Kevin Faulconer said in a statement.
