Bruno Mars Reportedly Asked to Perform at Super Bowl 50 Halftime Show

The NFL thought so highly of Bruno Mars' Super Bowl halftime show two years ago that it reportedly would like to see the charismatic singer do it again for Super Bowl 50.

According to Will Robinson of Entertainment Weekly, the league extended Mars an invite to headline the halftime show of its biggest game on February 7 at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

The report also mentions that representatives for the NFL and Mars did not immediately respond to a request for comments.

Mars' halftime act during Super Bowl XLVIII was the best part of that game—unless you live in Seattle, because the Seahawks trounced the Denver Broncos 43-8.
