With the 2017 NFL draft just two days away, the Cleveland Browns are trying to trade up into the top eight of the first round, NFL Network's Michael Silver reported.
According to Silver, "at least three teams in the top eight have been contacted by the Browns and discussions have taken place about the prospect of moving up."
Should the Browns move up from the 12th overall selection, the aim would almost certainly be getting one of the top quarterbacks available.
Edge-rusher Myles Garrett is the presumptive favorite to go first overall.
