Tom Brady's lawyers will file a petition Monday for a rehearing of his suspension case against the NFL before the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York.
Former U.S. Solicitor General Ted Olson told ABC News in an exclusive interview that Brady's team will petition for a rehearing en banc -- a request for all of the active judges on th0e second circuit to rehear the case.
"The facts here are so drastic, and so apparent, that the court should rehear it," Olson told ABC News in an interview that aired Monday morning.
