The Texans are going to be without Arian Foster for some time, which has led to discussions about whether they’ll sign another running back to go with Alfred Blue, Chris Polk, Jonathan Grimes and Kenny Hilliard.
There were talks with Pierre Thomas that didn’t result in a deal and there have been suggestions that the team bring in Ray Rice, who has been out of football since being cut last year by the Ravens in the aftermath of the release of a video showing Rice punching Janay Palmer in the face in an Atlantic City elevator.
