The Cleveland Browns traded defensive tackle Billy Winn to the Indianapolis Colts on Friday for a conditional 2017 draft pick, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport.
Per CBS Sports' Dane Brugler, the Browns made the move to clear space for running back Shaun Draughn, who impressed during the preseason. Brugler went on to note that Cleveland decided to keep four tight ends on its roster, calling the transaction "puzzling."
It did not look like Winn was going to be receiving major playing time in Cleveland, as even he expressed his doubts on making the team last week, per Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal.
