Apparently when you’re a Jet, you’re a Jet for life, even if you’re not a Jet any longer.
According to Mike Rodak of ESPN.com, former Jets tackle Wayne Hunter is working out for the Bills today.
Bills coach Rex Ryan will collect old friends, and Hunter was one of his own, at least until they pawned him off on the Rams in 2012, right after saying they weren’t trying to replace him.
Hunter was never very good but was generally at least an acceptable player, but became an object of derision in New York before he was traded for Rams disappointment Jason Smith.
