The Bears have made a change to their defensive depth chart before they face the Colts on Saturday night.
Fifth-round pick Adrian Amos joins Antrel Rolle as the safeties on the first team with Brock Vereen dropping down to the second string after being on top of the depth chart for last Thursday’s game against the Dolphins. Amos impressed the coaches during that game and started taking snaps with the starters in practice over the weekend.
“We thought enough of Amos to draft him,” head coach John Fox said on Sunday, via ESPN.
