Cornerback Antoine Cason hasn’t signed with any team as a free agent this offseason and his status won’t change at any point in the future.
Cason posted a picture of his heavily bandaged right foot on Instagram on Tuesday without a specific explanation of the injury that put him in that state. He did have surgery, though, and the combination will keep him out of action for the entire 2015 season.
“Had surgery this morning to fix an ongoing problem,” Cason wrote. “Due to the surgery I will miss the 2015 season … Tough decision but it was one that needed to be made and I am home and well!
