Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson was ruled out of the team's matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday due to a hip injury, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Richardson left the game in the first quarter after taking multiple hits from the Steelers' defense, walking to the locker room with trainers. He was initially listed as questionable to return before he was later ruled out.
The 22-year-old was replaced by veteran Joe Flacco under center.
