Although the Indianapolis Colts signed Josh Johnson as quarterback insurance on Friday, coach Chuck Pagano is unwavering in his belief that Andrew Luck will play through a shoulder injury.
Asked if he remains "supremely confident" that Luck will start versus the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, Pagano replied, "Absolutely."
Pagano revealed that Luck is officially "questionable" for Week 4 after a limited practice on Friday. That 50-50 designation doesn't quite jibe with Pagano's outward confidence, which he has measured in superlatives.
Pagano went on to poke fun at reporters for their hand-wringing over Luck's status.
