Add Amari Cooper to the list of wide receivers skipping minicamp while looking for a new contract.
Per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Cooper was not present for the start of the Cleveland Browns' mandatory minicamp on Tuesday.
Under the collective bargaining agreement, Cooper can be fined a total of $101,716 if he skips all three days.
