Players can be superstitious. Whether it includes prayer or a certain food or drink, many players have some type of routine they go through.
But Washington Redskins running back Alfred Morris doesn’t partake in your average routine. Before games at FedExField, Morris arrives early and spends a significant amount of time with the security and guest services staff, whom he has gotten to know well in his time with the ‘Skins.
According to Dan Steinberg of The Washington Post, Morris talks to the stadium employees about their importance to the franchise, then joins them for a pregame prayer out on the field.
