New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers says his team needs to adopt "tunnel vision" in order to stay on track for a playoff berth following their 2-2 start to the 2024 season.
"It takes a combination of the overall structure that's in place, and then releasing the control into the hands of the leadership, and I think we have good leadership on this team," Rodgers said in an interview published Friday by the NFL (11:40 mark of the linked video.) "We have the right combination of the old heads, who've kind of been there, done that, the young guys, who are real hungry, and the middle guys, who are so important, who are stepping into their stardom, and are starting to show that leadership ability that's innate in anybody that's on the way up into superstardom.
