The Cleveland Browns reportedly are willing to trade the No. 4 overall pick but "only when they are on the clock, not before the pick and they don't want to go down too far," according to Michael Lombardi of The Ringer.
The Browns control the top of the draft board Thursday night, holding the Nos. 1 and 4 picks in the first round. In total, the team has five of the first 64 picks in this year's draft.
