The 2019 NFL Draft process is ramping up, with the Senior Bowl continuing to play a huge role. The 2019 Senior Bowl (and the critically important practices) is now the books and NFL Daily host Tom Downey is here with a look at some Senior Bowl Winners and Losers.
While Quarterback play wasn’t as good as we’ve seen in the past, several wide receivers stepped up and helped their draft stock. Those players include sleeper Penny Hart, Deebo Samuel and Terry McLaurin. Other notable risers and winners are Montez Sweat, Chuma Edoga, Charles Omenihu and Drew Lock (almost by default).
But the NFL Draft isn’t only positive, sadly. There were some players who hurt their draft stock this week, like Kris Boyd and Trace McSorley. And Daniel Jones might have won Senior Bowl MVP, but that doesn’t make him a winner.
