NFL Free Agency Grades: The Miami Dolphins, Arizona Cardinals and the San Francisco 49ers come in with the highest grades on our list. The Dolphins had plenty of money to spend in free agency and they signed Byron Jones, Emmanuel Ogbah, Kyle Van Noy and more. The 49ers extended Arik Armstead and made a splash by trading DeForest Buckner to the Colts.

Tom Brady is expected to sign with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to the tune of $30 million a year. While Tampa gets an A- grade from us, not all teams are so lucky. The Houston Texans get an F, which also stands for FIRE BILL O’BRIEN. The Texans shipped off DeAndre Hopkins to Arizona for an aging David Johnson. Houston… you have a VERY big problem!
Free Agency was underwhelming for the Dallas Cowboys and Kansas City Chiefs. The Cowboys were forced to tag QB Dak Prescott, lost Randall Cobb, Robert Quinn and Byron Jones. However, they did re-sign star WR Amari Cooper. The Chiefs, on the other hand, tagged Chris Jones but they did lose out on Kendall Fuller and Emmanuel Ogbah.
