The NFL Draft officially kicks off tonight in Arlington, TX with the first round set to get underway at 8:00 p.m. ET, and there are still plenty of rumors flying around about where the top prospects will land. The top quarterback prospects are taking up most of the spotlight, and we have the latest on where are a pair of them will go - including who may be the No. 1 overall pick. Here are the latest NFL Draft rumors you need to know:
"Mounting belief" Browns will take Baker Mayfield with No. 1 pick
The Cleveland Browns have kept their choice for the No. 1 overall pick a secret, but there is a "mounting belief" around the league that they will take Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Chat Sports has the Browns taking USC quarterback Sam Darnold with the No. 1 pick in our final mock draft. Cleveland also has the No. 4 pick and they're projected to take NC State defensive lineman Bradley Chubb.
Mayfield became the first former walk-on to win the Heisman this season, passing for 4.627 yards with 43 touchdowns and six interceptions while rushing for 311 yards and five more touchdowns.

Saints looking to make "big leap" up the draft order
The New Orleans Saints have been rumored to be interested in taking a quarterback to be Drew Brees' eventual replacement, and they're working on making a "big leap" up in the draft in order to get one, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
The #Saints have made plenty of calls about making a big leap up from pick No. 27, I’m told. Could be due diligence in case a certain player (perhaps a QB) falls. But they will be well-prepared to move tonight if it comes down to it.

Dolphins inform Ryan Tannehill that he'll be the starter in 2018
The Miami Dolphins are widely projected to take a quarterback with the No. 11 pick in the draft, but they have informed incumbent starter Ryan Tannehill that he will keep his starting job for the 2018 season, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.

Tannehill missed the entire 2017 season with a torn ACL. In 2016, he passed for 2,995 yards with 19 touchdowns and 12 interceptions in 13 games.
