Day 2 of the 2022 NFL Combine is in the books! The 2022 NFL combine is well underway with the Running Backs and Offensive Linemen doing their drills and athletic testing, and now it’s time to give out some NFL Combine Day 2 Winners and Losers! Chat Sports host Tom Downey breaks down the risers and fallers for the 2022 NFL Draft, in addition to some draft sleepers that have helped themselves with a strong combine. Who has emerged as the top NFL Draft Prospects at RB and OL?
Top NFL Draft Prospects in Breece Hall and Kenneth Walker both made strong cases to be RB1 in the 2022 NFL Draft, while South Dakota State RB Pierre Strong Jr. saw his stock rise after a strong showing. Trevor Penning out of UNI and Ikem Ekwonu out of NC State solidified their status as a first round pick, while guys like Isaiah Spiller and Kyren Williams did themselves no favors.
We don’t really know much (yet) about the medical and interviews. But those are even more important than the athletic testing and drills.
