NFL teams have begun OTAs, as most of the non-rookies are finally back at practice. While free agency is mostly quiet, there is still plenty buzz around the league. There are a few big name free agents still on the market, although they might not stay that way. Here are the latest and greatest NFL rumors and news.
Arian Foster's Return?
Former Houston Texans RB Arian Foster is working to recover from a torn Achilles and will likely start working out for teams in late July.
Sense is Arian Foster will work out for teams in late July. He probably would pass a physical now, but those extra 6 weeks or so will help.

Foster will turn 30 this year, but when healthy, has been one of the more productive backs in the NFL. The Dolphins brought in Foster earlier this year for a visit, but Foster has yet to workout. Once he's healthy, Foster should at least get a chance at making an NFL roster this year.
Sammy Watkins Injury Update
Bills WR Sammy Watkins is recovering from a broken foot, but there's some good news for the Bills. The walking boot is coming off his left foot tomorrow and head coach Rex Ryan says he'll be ready for the start of the season.
Rex on Sammy: "All I know is that Sammy won't miss time in the regular season." Not sure on t-camp.

But neither Ryan nor Watkins is sure if the Bills' star WR will be ready for the start of the training camp. The Bills need Watkins healthy, as he was their only reliable target in the passing game.
Browns Haven't Picked Starting QB Yet
The Browns signed Robert Griffin III this offseason, but he hasn't been guaranteed the starting job yet. In fact, head coach Hue Jackson still has yet to name a starter.
#Browns Hue Jax on starting QB: "We want to make the right choice, not just the fast choice. Has to wear a lot of hats.''

While Griffin is the presumptive favorite, there's also veteran and last year's starter Josh McCown on the roster. Third round draft pick Cody Kessler is in the mix, although he seems like a long-shot.
James Jones Wants To Play For 49ers?
Jones had a solid season at WR last year for the Green Bay Packers, but has yet to find a new job. That's surprising to him, although he has heard from a few teams. One team Jones would like to play for is the San Francisco 49ers.
FA WR James Jones: I'm training right here in the Bay Area and I would love to stay at home and play for the #49ers.

The 49ers are in need of WR help, especially with Anquan Boldin unlikely to return. But the 49ers are rebuilding, and their interest in a 32-year-old Jones might be limited.
