The NFL rumor mill isn't quite as active as it was earlier this year, as the draft is over and there are only a few notable free agents left. However, there are still plenty of rumors and news buzzing around the league. We have the latest and greatest of the rumors below.
Corey Coleman Not In Shape?
The Browns spent their first round pick on Baylor WR Corey Coleman, but he's not in shape yet. Head coach Hue Jackson told the Cleveland Plain Dealer that Coleman wasn't where he needed to be conditioning-wise.
"He's got to get in shape,'' Jackson said. "He's explosive and he can catch the ball. He's extremely talented and gifted. (But) he's one of the guys that has to get in shape. He saw himself, 'whoa, this is different.' And it is. But we'll get him to where he needs to be.''
Jackson also said that all of the rookies weren't where they needed to be. He said that conditioning is different in the NFL than in college, but that he believes Coleman won't have many issues getting to where he needs to be.
Falcons Passing On Leon Hall?
The former Cincinnati Bengals CB has yet to find a team this offseason, and it won't be the Atlanta Falcons. ESPN reports that the Falcons won't be signing Hall yet. Hall is coming off back surgery and has torn both of his Achilles, and while the Falcons reportedly think he can help, they want to completely clear him medically.
The Dolphins have also looked into adding Hall. That makes sense, as former Bengals DB coach Vance Joseph is Miami's defensive coordinator.
Ravens Making Roster Moves
The Ravens have made a few roster moves, including adding one of the top free agent CBs left.
The #Ravens signed CB Jerraud Powers to a 1-year deal worth $1.75M, source said.

Powers has seen his stock drop over the last year, but he can still contribute. With the Ravens needing CB help, Powers could play a big role for the Ravens as a nickel CB. The Ravens also cut a few players Friday.
Team also announces they've waived WR Marlon Brown (failed physical), DBs Jermaine Whitehead and Nick Perry and DE Nordly Capi.

The release of Brown is the only major move. The Ravens now have three extra spots on the 90-man roster, so they might not be done making moves yet.
