While NFL free agency is still going on, most of the big players are off the market. Teams and fans have begun to focus more attention on the 2016 NFL Draft, and there will be plenty of NFL Draft rumors, news and speculation in the coming days. Check out the latest and greatest of those draft rumors below.
Titans Trading Down?
The Titans No. 1 overall pick is firmly on the trading block. While the Titans want a lot, four teams are interested in moving up. All of them seem interested in drafting North Dakota State's Carson Wentz. The FCS QB is likely to be the first QB off the board, with the Cleveland Browns the favorite to take him. But the Titans are hoping to find a team willing to move up and take the first overall pick off their hands. A trade of the No. 1 overall pick hasn't happened since 2004 and it will be difficult for one to happen this year.
Could The Eagles Make A Move Up?
Of those teams interested in moving up, the Philadelphia Eagles are the most intriguing. The team has Sam Bradford at QB for at least two more years and will pay Chase Daniel a large salary for a backup QB. And yet, one NFL Executive told NFL.com that the Eagles could try to move up to take Wentz.
"Don't be surprised if a team like the Eagles makes a really strong move up the board to get Wentz," the executive said. "I don't think he's worth it, but I think they do. Everyone thinks you have to move ahead of Cleveland, but [the Browns] will want to get as many picks as possible out of this draft. It wouldn't surprise me if a team moved directly to Cleveland's spot for Wentz."
That still seems like a long-shot since the Browns' addition of Robert Griffin III will not affect their draft plans. If the Eagles really want a QB, they might be better off moving a few spots up for Jared Goff.
Paxton Lynch And The Cowboys?
As previously reported, the Cowboys have worked out Memphis QB Paxton Lynch. The workout reportedly went well, and several of the Cowboys' top decision makers were there.
How interested the #Cowboys are in Paxton Lynch? Team executives Jerry Jones, Stephen Jones and Will McClay were all at today's workout.

The Cowboys won't be taking Lynch at No. 4 overall, but if he slips to the second round, he could very well be the pick. The workout went well enough that the two sides will meet again before the NFL Draft.
Who Wants Laquon Treadwell?
The Ole Miss WR is generally considered the draft's top WR, and he spoke with Pro Football Talk about which teams are most interested in him. The Bengals, Browns, Bears and Cowboys have shown the most interest so far. The Cowboys and Browns won't be taking Treadwell in round one, which means they think there's at least a chance he slips to the second round. The Bears are near his ceiling, but is seems unlikely he'll go that high. The Bengals are picking near the end of round one and could easily pull the trigger. With a deep WR class and questions about Treadwell's separation ability, he could fall on draft day.
