Former Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch has been in the news as he contemplates coming out of retirement and returning to the field for the upcoming season, but he found himself in headlines for a different reason.
After landing at LAX, Lynch was approached by two teenage fans to get an autograph. Instead, Lynch smacks the phone of their hands.
Then, after he goes back in the terminal and comes back out, Lynch spits on the ground in their direction while walking past them. The incident can be seen in the video above, via TMZ Sports.
The phone was cracked in the incident, according to the fan who owns the phone. According to TMZ, he is considering filing a police report for assault.
Lynch has visited with the Oakland Raiders and New England Patriots over the course of the last few weeks, and is eventually expected to join his hometown Raiders.
In his final season in 2015, Lynch rushed for 417 yards and three touchdowns on 111 carries.
