Quarterback Case Keenum is unlikely to get the franchise tag from the Minnesota Vikings, so what's next? Host Cam Rogers breaks down the top potential landing spots for Keenum - counting you down from five to one. Cam argues it's hardly surprising the Vikings chose not to spend approximately $23 million on a fairly unproven quarterback, despite his magical 2017 season. Reports suggest the Vikings will be active in free agency, and may sign the top quarterback on the market Kirk Cousins.

#5 New Orleans Saints
Saints Quarterback Drew Brees is still a free agent, and despite the likeliness that he will re-sign, there is still a chance the Saints need a quarterback. Even if Brees signs a deal with the Saints it won't be a long-term contract considering he is 39 years old. Perhaps Keenum decides to sit behind and learn from Brees so when he retires he can take over in New Orleans.
#4 New York Giants
Eli Manning and the entire Giants offense struggled last season, which surprised many experts around the NFL. The Vikings were also a pleasant surprise, especially the play of Keenum. Vikings OC Pat Shurmur was hired by the Giants this offseason to be their head coach. The coaching of Shurmur reignited Keenum's career and it may be a reason why Keenum goes to play for the Giants.
#3 Denver Broncos
The Broncos have the defense and if they believe they are a quarterback away from winning a Super Bowl, Denver may trade for Keenum. The Broncos have $26.7 million in cap space in 2018 which may not be enough to land Cousins. If the Broncos miss out on Cousins because they can't compete with the money other teams could potentially offer him, Denver may turn their attention to trading for Keenum.
#2 Buffalo Bills
The Bills QB situation was a roller coaster ride, but only because head coach Sean McDermott decided to bench quarterback Tyrod Taylor for fifth-round rookie Nathan Peterman in Week 11. Peterman went on to throw for five interceptions in the first half against the Chargers and McDermott was forced to put Taylor back in the game.
#1 Arizona Cardinals
Arizona will be looking for a new quarterback after Carson Palmer decided to retire after 15 seasons in the NFL, his last five with the Cardinals. During new head coach Steve Wilks' introductory press conference, he was vocal about signing a quarterback.
“We’re going to have a very active and aggressive plan through free agency, and we’ll see exactly what’s going to happen within the draft,” said Wilks.
The Cardinals current cap space at $23.2 million according to Spotrac, which may take them out of the running for Cousins' this offseason, but it may lead them to a cheaper option, in Keenum.
