Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott's future is in the hands of the 5th Circuit Court. The NFL has requested for a stay of the injunction that is allowing Elliott to play. Since the NFL was not granted stay this means Elliott will be able to play for the rest of the season. This case has been a revolving door for the past few months and now maybe Elliott can focus solely on football

The hope was that the Fifth Circuit judges will agree where Mazzant did not. The NFL filed in New York and they thought this would help them win this case having it away from Elliott's home state of Texas.
