The Dolphins rumors this past week have been swirling with how active the Miami Dolphins have been this offseason. With the news today of the Dolphins to release DT Ndamukong Suh, more NFL rumors are starting to churn. Suh is 31-years-old and remains an elite player in the trenches, which he proved that last season with 48 tackles, 4.5 sacks and forced two fumbles. Here are five teams that could sign Suh this offseason:

5.) Philadelphia Eagles
The Eagles have a dominant defensive line, especially now with the addition of Michael Bennett. Imagine an Eagles defensive line with Suh and Fletcher Cox clogging up the middle. Why would the Eagles want Suh? Imagine if Suh played for the Eagles for free. Robert Klemko of Sports Illustrated reported in the summer of 2017 that during a Dolphins and Eagles joint practice Suh approached Eagles defensive line coach Chris Wilson and said he would play for free in Philadelphia.
4.) Indianapolis Colts
The Colts need a player like Suh in the middle of their defense, a player who can clog running lanes and create mismatches, which will allow Colts linebackers to get to the quarterback. The Colts have been rumored to have interest in defensive end Bradley Chubb from NC State in the NFL Draft so maybe Suh could help mold Chubb. A Colts defense with Chubb and Suh would be a nightmare for offensive coordinators. The Colts have $73.9 million in cap space according to Spotrac, which is the 3rd most in the NFL.
3.) Oakland Raiders
The Raiders this offseason have shown interest in improving their defense and what better way to do so than signing Suh? Oakland was a popular rumor destination for Suh in 2015 and with the Raiders clearing cap room today by cutting cornerback Sean Smith, they may be gearing up to sign Suh. The Raiders finished with only 31 sacks in 2017 which ranked 24th in the NFL.
2.) Seattle Seahawks
The Seahawks just traded Michael Bennett to the Eagles last week and now may look to fill that void with a veteran Suh. Suh brings that toughness that head coach Pete Carroll loves. With the Seahawks release of cornerback Richard Sherman and likely will release defensive end Cliff Avril, this may free up some extra cap space to sign Suh.
1.) Detroit Lions
A possible reunion in Detroit for Suh and the Lions? The Lions have $27.2 million in cap space, which is the 18th most in the NFL. The Lions were hoping Haloti Ngata would replace Suh three years ago, but he has only racked up six sacks in three years. Suh could sign a three to five-year deal with backloaded incentives to maximize his 2018 impact.
