There are good NFL players and then there are great NFL players, even though some of those great players don't get enough respect. Here are three true NFL superstars that no one talks about:
3) QB Tyrod Taylor, Buffalo Bills
Taylor has made Buffalo's offense relevant despite a rash of injuries to seemingly every talented skill position player, passing for 1,097 yards and nine TDs - on 70 percent completion percentage - while rushing for 187 yards and two more scores. There's also all of the "how did he do that?" moments eluding defenders to throw a perfect strike down the field.
2) CB Josh Norman, Carolina Panthers
Meet the newest superstar cornerback. Norman has four interceptions through five games, including two returned for a touchdown. No one throws on Norman and gets away with it right now, and that's helped the Panthers build a 5-0 record despite losing their defensive MVP Luke Kuechly.
1) WR Amari Cooper, Oakland Raiders
Cooper has been absolutely dynamic as a rookie, catching 28 passes for 386 yards and two touchdowns despite being Oakland's only reliable pass-catching option. Even though he's just five games into his NFL career, Cooper has routinely burned veteran NFL corners with game-breaking speed and incredible route running, and his hands are as good as anyone's in the league. Cooper is looking like the next Julio Jones or A.J. Green, and he's making those comparisons look more and more valid every week.
