Newcastle United have confirmed Saudi Arabia will play two international friendlies at St James' Park next month.
The Middle East nation will take on Costa Rica on Friday, September 8 at 8pm, before facing South Korea on Tuesday, September 12 at 5.30pm.
Newcastle are backed by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF) following their takeover of the club in October 2021, and their owners are likely to be keen observers of the two games on Tyneside.
The matches will act as preparation for Saudi Arabia ahead of their participation in the AFC Asian Cup in Qatar in January 2024.
