Dennis Praet has lifted the lid on his summer transfer saga – and revealed he hopes to play in the Premier League one day.
Praet looked certain to leave Sampdoria during the summer with both Everton and Newcastle among the clubs attempting to prise him away from Italy.
As talkSPORT told you in August, the Italian club were reported to have knocked back an offer worth around £17.5m from Newcastle, who pushed hard for Praet's signature.
But Sampdoria managed to cling on to the midfielder as the window shut and he has now had his say on the summer interest in him.
