Ruben Neves has broken his silence surrounding a potential move to Newcastle United as he distanced himself with a return to the Premier League.
This comes as it was previously reported that Eddie Howe's side were considering a loan move for Neves after Sandro Tonali's 10-month ban.
However, there was controversy surrounding the transfer as Al-Hilal are one of four Saudi Pro League teams owned by the country's Public Investment Fund, who also hold a majority stake in Newcastle.
Despite this controversy, Newcastle would be allowed to sign Neves after Premier League clubs voted against a temporary ban on incoming loan deals between clubs with the same owners.
