Phil Mickelson and Dustin Johnson have risked further criticism of their decision to join the controversial, Saudi-backed LIV Golf tour by playing in a pro-am with Yasir Al-Rumayyan - the chairman of Newcastle United and the governor of Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund.
The launch of the breakaway tour has ripped golf apart with Mickelson leading a host of star-studded names including Johnson, Lee Westwood, Ian Poulter and Sergio Garcia in the competition's first tournament this week.
