A court battle involving Newcastle United and their former owner Mike Ashley has been settled, a report has claimed.
Ashley, 60, was in charge of the Magpies from 2007 to 2021 when Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund took over — and last year failed in his bid to sell the club's shirts in his stores for the following season.
The Sports Direct chief took his former club to court after being banned from selling the jerseys, lodging a £1.5million claim against the Magpies.
The ban came after Newcastle agreed only to sell the shirts in their official store, adidas and JD Sports.
