Newcastle United will await the outcome of a police investigation before deciding whether to discipline Rolando Aarons after he was one of nine people arrested following a nightclub brawl.
The England Under 21 winger was arrested on suspicion of violent disorder in the early hours of Sunday after a fight broke out in Livello on Newcastle’s Quayside.
Aarons is said to have taken offence when a group of men started dancing with his aunt.

A source told The Sun: ‘He went over and told them to stop.
