Newcastle United news: Magpies to sign on-loan goalkeeper Martin Dubravka in permanent deal this summer

Newcastle United will look to sign goalkeeper Martin Dubravka in a permanent deal from Sparta Prague this summer, according to reports.

The 29-year-old Slovakia international joined the Magpies in a deadline day loan deal in January.

And he has impressed at St James’ Park, keeping three clean sheets in his first six Premier League appearances for the club.

And it appears the Newcastle hierarchy have also been impressed by his performances, with the club preparing an offer to land him when the transfer window opens.

Newcastle had the option to sign Dubravka permanently as part of his loan move to Tyneside, and it is claimed they will pay around £4million to sign him.
