Atalanta and Genoa have not yet made a move for Newcastle United target Stefano Sturaro.
That is according to the player’s agent, Carlo Volpi, who has been responding to speculation surrounding his client.
Sturaro has been told he can leave Juventus this summer for around £9m and several clubs are interested in him.
Newcastle are very keen on the Italian midfielder, but in recent days it was reported that Atalanta and Genoa had snuck in ahead of them.
Now, though, Volpi has explained that neither club have made contact with him about his client.
