Newcastle United have been dealt a blow after Bruno Guimaraes withdrew from the Brazil squad due to injury.
The midfielder picked up a thigh injury last week on international duty forcing him to miss Brazil's first training session.
The former Lyon man was back in France where Brazil secured a 3-0 friendly win over Ghana on Friday night and face Tunisia in Paris on Tuesday, as the bookies favourites to lift the World Cup gear up for November's big kick-off in Doha.
Guimaraes missed Friday's win over Ghana and has now coach Tite has cut the Magpies star from the squad to take on Tunisia at the Parc des Princes so he can continue his recovery on Tyneside.
