Newcastle are set to wear Adidas shirts next season after a five-year deal with the German company was mistakenly revealed in the club's Amazon Prime documentary.
Adidias previously supplied Magpies' kits from 1995 until 2010, a period that included Alan Shearer's iconic stint at the club, but they were replaced by Puma 13 years ago, with Castore taking over in 2021.
They are now set for a return to the iconic brand, with an episode of their Amazon documentary showing a delegation travelling to Germany to agree the deal.
Shearer, who narrates the episode, says the deal 'could be worth hundreds of millions of pounds in kit and retail sales over the next five years', while it is also described as 'the most lucrative in the club's history.
