Newcastle fanzine criticises fellow supporters for flying controversial banner over Stadium of Light despite support from family of Bradley Lowery

A Newcastle United fanzine has criticised fellow supporters for flying a banner over the Stadium of Light carrying the message: 'United by cancer, divided by leagues'.

The banner, which was flown over the ground on Saturday during Sunderland's Premier League match against Swansea, was meant to be a lighthearted take on the club's relegation as well as being in support of three youngsters who are battling childhood cancer neuroblastoma.

The family of Bradley Lowery said it was 'thoughtful', while the relatives of Frankie Sherwood said the banner was 'brilliant'.
