Newcastle are in advanced talks with Southampton over a potential deal for Tino Livramento.
Although Southampton value the right-back at around £30million, Newcastle are looking to sign him for £15million, as reported by The Telegraph.
One offer from Newcastle has included cash plus winger Ryan Fraser, who is set to leave St James' Park this summer.
Livramento joined Southampton from Chelsea in 2021 and enjoyed an impressive first season at the club but then suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury.
The 20-year-old defender returned to action in the closing stages of last season and he could be one of many departures from Southampton this summer.
