Leeds and Newcastle fans united to pay a warm tribute to former player Gary Speed who made a combined total of over 500 appearances for both clubs before his untimely death five years ago this month.
In front of Leeds' first full house at Elland Road since 2011, supporters from both sides joined in an applause on 11 minutes - corresponding to Speed's shirt number - of the Championship clash.
The former Wales international and manager, who made 535 Premier League appearances before tragically taking his life at the age of 42, was an icon at both clubs.
