Leeds United are likely to be charged by the Football Association after a fan shoved and abused Newcastle boss Eddie Howe on the touchline at Elland Road.
The man has been charged with assault by police and given a lifetime ban by the Premier League club.
He entered the technical area in stoppage-time of Saturday's 2-2 draw before confronting Howe, who later said he felt his safety had been 'violated' and the incident left him wondering, 'What if?'.
The FA will now speak to Leeds to determine how the fan was able to get so close to the opposition manager.
