Newcastle United boss Eddie Howe says he has not had contact with the Football Association over the England manager's job.
Howe is among those linked with the vacancy after Gareth Southgate stepped down on 16 July.
"Absolutely no contact whatsoever from anybody, and I'm fully committed to Newcastle," said Howe when asked about England during Newcastle's pre-season trip to Japan.
"There's nothing to talk about.
"I don't need to address the players. They know, I hope, by how I act and how I am on a daily basis and how committed I am to the club.
